Limited Lifetime Weld Warranty

SuperCut bandsaw blades, which prove to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination by the factory, will be repaired or replaced without charge provided that the purchaser returns the product (together with sales receipt showing place and date of purchase) to the factory with transportation charges prepaid.  SuperCutBandsaw Co., Inc. assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages under any warranty, express or implied, and all such liability is hereby expressly excluded.  There is no other warranty which extends beyond the face hereof, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, are hereby excluded.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
